We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Life Enrichment Coaches. As a Life Enrichment Coach (LEC), your primary role is to encourage personal growth through goal-based support and provide daily living support to KIM clients, both in their homes and in the community. Position Overview

As a Life Enrichment Coach at KIM, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients progress toward their goals, reflecting the Residential Service Guidelines. Here’s an overview of your responsibilities:

Empowering Clients

Acknowledge and advocate for the needs, wants, and rights of clients with dignity and respect.
Teach valuable emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
Identify areas of change that clients on your caseload would like to achieve.
Collaborate with clients to develop action plans focused on realizing their ambitions.

Goal-Centered Support

Evaluate clients’ progress toward goal actualization.
Encourage and support clients in making sustainable progress.
Coordinate goal setting and report progress to clients and the management team.
Suggest different actions necessary for clients to take control of their future plans.

Essential Support

Coordinate individualized programs for clients and maintain thorough documentation.
Assist with client money management, including petty cash, receipts, checkbooks, and EBTs.
Supervise clients to ensure their safety.
Maintain a safe and clean environment in which our clients live.
Report promptly any instances of injuries, behaviors, abuse, and safety hazards to management.

Healthcare and Well-Being

Ensure adequate health care for each client.
Assist clients with daily hygiene, following care plans.
Administer medications to clients and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications and Benefits

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to supporting the growth and well-being of our clients. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a competitive salary ranging from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour. Work Schedule

As a Life Enrichment Coach at KIM, you may have a flexible work schedule, ensuring you can provide support when it’s needed most. Your schedule may include:

4-hour shifts
8-hour shifts
Day shifts
Evening shifts
Monday to Friday
Night shifts
Overnight shifts
Overtime
Weekends as needed

Location

This role is primarily an in-person position, enabling you to provide direct support to our clients within their homes and the community.
