The primary role of the Resident Coordinator is to provide daily living support to adults with developmental disabilities. This position oversees the client’s support in areas of medications, healthcare, finance, appointments, personal care, nutritional needs, recreational needs, transitioning needs, integration into the community, and behavioral supports. This position is also responsible for managing the staff who work in the home.

Staffing Coordinator
The primary role of the Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing the schedule, training, and coaching staff. This position also maintains the house schedule, assists staff with finding options for coverage needs, monitors overtime (OT), requests approval for OT when needed and time card edits. Staffing Coordinators will work with the Resident Coordinator in addressing staff issues. This position will continue to provide daily living support to adults with developmental disabilities.
